HACCP is international standard, which defines the requirements for the management systems for safe foods. The system allows for organisationsto aim their focus on the hazards, which may reflect on the safety of the food, hygiene of the food and the systematic definition of critical control limits as well as critical control points during the manufacturing process.

  • Deployment of critical control limits as well as preventive measures, i.e. minimal cooking temperature and time
  • Monitoring of the critical control points
  • Performance of correct actions
  • Log maintenance
  • Systematic and constant audit of the system in-house by independent external certification bodies
